If you have American Airlines AAdvantage miles, you may redeem for flights starting at just 9,000 miles one way within the U.S. or to Mexico, the Caribbean or Central America. Or for Europe instead for flights starting at 21,000 miles to select destinations. I found Philadelphia to San Francisco for 8,000 miles, one-way plus $5.60 tax/fee. Example below.
