Home Depot near me had the Ecobee 2-pack smart sensors clearanced in-store for $13.03. Popped up on BrickSeek an hour before I was able to show up. Plenty in stock still at the Greensboro, NC, store on Wendover. YMMV as I am seeing these at normal price at nearby stores in the surrounding area. Good luck.
