Trekbikes.com has a sale that includes their very basic AT-550 27.5 wheelset front and rear for a combined total of $35. HG 8/9/10 speed hub with 100/135 QR spacing. Add other items for free shipping at $50 or choose free pickup at LBS. Single wall rims but hard to beat for fixing up an old bike.
Some other good deals are part of the sale but it takes some digging.
